In life, what we call foreign nails, iron nails, yuan nails and round nails are different kinds of nails. In fact, they are stainless steel nails, cement nails and iron nails. These three kinds of nails are different. The main difference lies in the use, process and raw materials.
First, stainless steel nails
The raw material of stainless steel nails is 304 stainless steel, and the stainless steel nails are silver white. Stainless steel nails have high hardness and can be used for cement walls. Stainless steel nails do not need post-processing.
Second, cement nails
The cement nails are made of carbon steel with high hardness and are made of 45 # steel or 60 # steel through wire drawing, annealing, nail making, quenching and other processes, so the texture is relatively hard. Its function is to nail on some hard objects that cannot be nailed by other nails. Because the material is very different from ordinary nails, it belongs to special nails. The cement nail is very hard, thick and short, and has strong penetration ability. Quenching process is required in the later stage.
Third, iron nails
The raw materials used for iron nails are 195 # wire or 235 # wire coiled steel bars. According to the actual needs, the surface of iron nails can be galvanized or copper-plated, while iron nails are generally used for carpentry construction, such as floor nails, furniture nails, wood mold nails, etc. Technically, iron nails and stainless steel nails are mainly different from post-production.
